You enjoy learning just as much as the next person, but today when someone talks down to you and acts like they know it all, you’re not going to have too much patience for their attitude. Do not waste time humoring someone who thinks they can teach you something when they can’t. Do yourself and them a favor and cut them off before they get on a roll. Tell them thanks but no thanks, and then just keep on doing whatever it was you were doing before they stuck their nose into your business.
